CaptureReel is operated by CenterSquare Software, LLC. In this policy, "CaptureReel," "we," "us," and "our" refer to CenterSquare Software, LLC and the CaptureReel service.

3. Product and Generated Content
When you submit a product, we process the submitted product information, images, URLs, and related materials to create scripts, voiceovers, video renders, captions, descriptions, and other generated outputs. We may store the submitted and generated materials so you can access, download, troubleshoot, and manage your reels.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve CaptureReel, create and deliver reels, manage accounts, process payments, send service emails, provide support, prevent abuse, monitor performance, debug errors, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
5. AI and Processing Providers
CaptureReel uses third-party providers to support product enrichment, script generation, voice generation, image processing, video rendering, storage, hosting, email delivery, analytics, authentication, database, and payment workflows. We share information with these providers only as needed to operate the service.

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the site, understand traffic, measure marketing performance, improve user experience, and protect the service. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Service-related emails, such as account, billing, security, and delivery messages, may still be sent.

CaptureReel is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
13. International Users
If you access CaptureReel from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from your location.
